A: We offer a 14-day return period from time of purchase. If yuh wish to return an item, contact us at info@planet-rasta.co.uk to start the process. Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging for a full or partial refund after inspection.

A: We take care of the courier for you! Whether UK-based or international, we source the fastest and most eco-friendly delivery option.

  • Order before 12PM (Mon–Thurs) for likely next-day UK delivery.

  • Orders placed after 12PM Thursday ship the following Monday.

Q: When will I receive my order?

    Most UK orders arrive next day if ordered before 12PM. Delays may occur due to weather or holiday backlogs.

Q: What if I never received my order?

  • If not delivered within 28 days, we issue a refund minus shipping fees.
