• Yuh have 14 days after receiving yuh item to request a return.

• Fi be eligible, yuh item must be:

  • In di same condition yuh received it (unused, unworn, undamaged)

  • In its original packaging

  • With any tags or labels still attached

📩 How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at info@planet-rasta.co.uk or use our contact form with:

   • Order number

   • Reason fi return

   • Photos if item damaged or incorrect

2. We’ll send yuh a return shipping label and clear instructions pon how fi send back di vibes.

❗ Items Not Returnable:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, infused items)

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Sale items (if marked "final sale")

💸 Refunds:

Once we receive an’ inspect yuh return, we’ll let yuh know if di refund was approved. If yes:

• Yuh will be refunded to yuh original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Remember, yuh bank or credit card company may take a likkle time to process it too.

🔁 Exchanges:

If yuh want a different size, color, or product, please return di original item and place a new order separately.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• If return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged), we cover di return shipping.

• Otherwise, di customer cover di return shipping cost.
